Day 01 : Arrival at Chennai
On arrival at Chennai airport, our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. Afternoon set out your sightseeing tour in Chennai. This third largest metropolis of India is a city with lots of travel attractions. Visit the sites, Santhome Cathedral, Freemasons Hall, Government Museum, Kamaraj Memorial House, MGR Memorial, Thousand Lights Mosque, Valluvar Kottam, War Memorials, etc. In the evening visit the Marina Beach, the second longest beach in the world. After dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02 : Chennai-Tirupati
Take the flight to Tirupati. On arrival check in at a hotel.
The Tirupati shrine is located on a hill of Tirumala hills known as Seshachalam or Venkatachalam. This temple has a long history spanning over several centuries. The architecture is an example of Dravidian temple architecture with a large gopuram or tower. It is noteworthy that the Pallavas of Kanchipuram, Cholas of Tanjore, the Pandyas of Madurai and the kings of Vijayanagar competed with each other in gifting the shrine as well worshipping the deity. The worshipping tradition was prescribed by Saint Ramanujacharya and it is still being followed by devotees.
Have a Darshan of the Lord Balaji and offer your prayer. You have to take a long queue to have a darshan of the shrine as thousands of pilgrims visit the temple in a day. Visit the other temples located on Tirupati temple town, the most famous one is Sri Varahaswami Temple. There are several other Hindu temples in Tirupati. Overnight stay at Tirupati.
Day 03 : Tirupati-Chennai-Departure
On the concluding day of Tirupati Hindu Pilgrimage Tour, take the flight back to Chennai and then your onward flight.
